Melissa Parziale is an SPHR certified executive HR leader with 17 years of direct and progressive Human Resources experience in various industries including manufacturing, construction, retail, logistics, commercial real estate, property management, and the medical field.  Skilled at strategic planning and partnering with C suite executives, Melissa is well versed in aligning business objectives with progressive and innovative people solutions.
