Founded by Derek Chen, Jerome Fink, and David Kim in 1996, the Bascom Group has completed over $21B in multifamily and commercial value-added transactions, including 648 multifamily community transactions and 172,000 units. Joining the Bascom Group in 2004, Chad Sanderson has helped fund, restructure, refinance, and directly acquire multifamily, value-added investments, including several lender REOs, foreclosures, and other distressed assets.
