Clients and strategic partners enjoy complimentary lodging the evening of January 8, meals during the sessions, and a conference attendance pass. Your only cost is travel to and from the conference.

If you choose to extend your stay, additional nights are at your expense at a rate of $349 plus a resort fee of $35.

What is the conference attire?

All sessions, including the evening event, are business casual. We recommend wearing layers to accommodate any temperature changes within the overall venue. Weather permitting, networking during the conference may be outdoors.

Which airport is closest?

The most convenient airport to fly into is Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Does the hotel have a shuttle to/from the airport?

The hotel does not provide shuttle service. Uber, Lyft, and taxi cabs are readily available at the airport.

Who should I contact if I need to make changes to my hotel accommodations?

How many complimentary passes are available to each organization?

All executives that can benefit from this exciting event are encouraged to attend. If a executive at your organization didn’t receive a registration email, please contact our CLA events team, or ask them to express interest using our online form.

Yes, personal guests or spouses are welcome to enjoy the beautiful resort while conference is in session. However, sessions and meals are reserved for registered participants only.
