We’ll cover the prevalence and impact of stress and offer practical tips for managing stress through mindset shifts and daily practices. This presentation aims to equip individuals with the knowledge and tools to shift their mindset, manage stress effectively, and improve their overall well-being.

You’re invited to explore your artistic side by choosing between two engaging activities. Create beautiful resin coasters or pick from a variety of laser engraved objects. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a team welding project learning the art of welding, industrial tools, and how to build something truly special.
