Regulation E is a federal regulation protecting consumers against fraudulent and incorrect electronic fund transfers (EFTs) to or from their bank accounts. This regulation sets requirements and guidelines for financial institutions when it comes to error resolution procedures, liability for unauthorized transfers, and disclosures to consumers.

Join us for a complimentary webinar where we’ll talk about Regulation E compliance: navigating disputes, understanding common issues, and considerations for automation.

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Identify the process of resolving disputes related to Regulation E
  • Discuss common issues, including unauthorized transactions and how to properly report them
  • Discuss benefits and drawbacks of automating certain aspects of Regulation E compliance
