CLA’s Women in International Trade Roundtable

Please join CLA and the New Jersey District Export Council at our Women in International Trade Roundtable. During this complimentary in-person event, we’ll get a brief tour of the Flomo/Nygala facility and participate in an open conversation led by Wendy Shen, President/CEO of Flomo/Nygala.

During the roundtable, Wendy will share her journey and talk about supply chain issues, tariffs, international barriers, geopolitical risk, and finding avenues for more international opportunities.

Wendy will facilitate a discussion where the attendees can share their experiences with:

• Challenges — What kinds of challenges are women in business facing now? And, how to navigate these challenges?
• Technology — How does AI, e-commerce, or any technology impact our international trade? How can we leverage technology to increase our business?
• Sustainability — How important is sustainability in our business, and what steps are we taking to be certain our business is socially and environmentally responsible?
• Collaboration — How can women in international trade collaborate more effectively to support each other’s growth?
