CLA’s Women in International Trade Roundtable

Please join CLA and the New Jersey District Export Council at our Women in International Trade Roundtable. During this complimentary in-person event, we encourage you to participate in an open conversation led by Stacy Cooke, Senior Account Manager for the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program (NJMEP).

During this informal roundtable, everyone will have the opportunity to interact as we share ideas, identify challenges, and address options for today’s exporters — focused especially on the diverse concerns of women in business. 

During the roundtable discussion, Stacy will share:

• Personal experiences gained working in the field 
• Her understanding of the day-to-day concerns of organizations across all industries, such as workforce challenges, employee morale, cybersecurity, and inadequate leadership skills
• Examples of different strategies that have worked for her clients
