Overview
Eric Yeh joined CLA’s Investment Banking Group in 2022. In his role with the Investment Banking team, Eric supports senior members in all aspects of transaction execution and client interaction. Prior to joining the Investment Banking Group, Eric co-founded a private credit fund investing in senior secured loans of middle market sponsored back companies.
Prior to co-founding his private credit fund, Eric worked as an investment banker at Threadstone Advisors, RBC Capital Markets, among others, focused on mergers & acquisitions and capital market solutions to public and privately held businesses.
Eric received his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Rochester and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Economics with Accounting Emphasis from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Eric holds his Series 79, 63, and SIE licenses from the Financial Industries Regulatory Association (FINRA). He is also a CFA charter holder.
