Overview
Jennifer is a Managing Principal for CAAS focusing on client experience and technology. Jennifer has over 18 years of experience working across accounting and finance functions primarily in the technology industry. Prior to joining CLA, Jennifer was the VP of Finance & Strategy for a start-up software company where she built the accounting, finance, HR, and marketing functions from the ground up. She is passionate about utilizing that experience mixed with the depth of CLA resources to serve her clients.
As a CFO, Jennifer works with her clients in a number of areas including:
- Forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Financial system evaluation, selection, and implementation
- Month-end close management across a variety of industries including technology, retail, professional services, and manufacturing and distribution
- Management and Board reporting including KPI and dashboard buildout
- Financial statement clean-up, cash to accrual conversions, and GAAP implementations
- Pitch decks and raising capital
- Marketing and sales funnel management
- Strategic planning
