Mona is a director in CLA’s Federal Tax Strategies group and oversees the Mountain West region’s Cost Segregation practice. She has over 14 years of fixed asset experience, and has performed cost segregation studies on a wide range of property types, including retail, hotels, medical facilities, warehouses, golf courses, and water parks.
