Mrudul is the managing principal of industry for the retail team at CLA which has more than 400 team members serving clients in numerous retail segments. He has more than 20 years of experience providing accounting, assurance, tax, and consulting services to privately held businesses in the retail industry. Mrudul has been involved in a significant number of retail transactions ranging in size from $5 million to $75 million.
