Overview
David has over 25 years of finance experience with a majority of his career focused on Mergers & Acquisitions of closely held, middle market companies. Previously, David worked in US Bank's Leveraged Finance Group providing financing and limted partner investmetns for private equity groups. After US Bank he worked for Marquette Capital Partners and then Spell Capital Partners Mezzanine investing mezzanine debt and equity in support of buy outs and growth for lower middle market businesses
David has a broad range of industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, business services. He has served as a board director and advised owners and investors on strategy, value creation and solving business issues. His areas of expertise include Mergers & Acquisitions, capital raising and structuring, and ownership exit planning.

- Bachelor of Art with a major in International Relations from Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY
- Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance & Accounting from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN
- Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA)
