Overview
Kristin is a signing director in the Nonprofit Group of CLA. She brings 25 years of experience to her role and works exclusively with nonprofit organizations. Kristin has worked in many areas of audit and assurance including social services, foundations, low-income tax credit and HUD housing projects, new market tax credits, religious organizations, associations, community action programs, colleges and various other types of nonprofit organizations including extensive experience in auditing organizations that require single audits. She has been involved with the firm wide assurance group as a designated quality reviewer. Kristin also works with tax exempt organizations and filing their federal and state returns, developing and training new associates on tax compliance issues.
Kristin has taken part in planning and instructing single audit training courses and general not for profit topics within the firm and the community. She has also been selected to be part of CLA’s firmwide instructor academy.

BA in Accounting and BA in Management from the College of St. Benedict
