Taylor Rudgers

Overview

Taylor has 7 years of experience as in house HR focusing on small to large sized federal contractors and nonprofits.  Most recently, she was responsible for building and implementing HRIS systems and organizations’ strategic plan tied to COVID-19 and remote work while balancing the day-to-day HR support for her clients.  With a strong generalist background, Taylor has led projects focused on onboarding, talent management, general HR operations including leave administrations, cultural transformations, process improvement and platform integrations.  Taylor has a passion for employee engagement and project management. Taylor enjoys developing a work environment that promotes culture, engagement, and retention.
