David is a director with over ten years of experience conducting financial and compliance audits, including single audits under Uniform Guidance, specifically related to student financial aid and research and development. He specializes in institutions of higher educaiton (both public and private) and nonprofit orgnazitions including, but not limited to, foundations, independent schools and cultural institutions.

David earned his bachelor's in accounting and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.
