Overview
Michelle joined CLA in 2014 as part of an acquisition, having been with the acquired firm since 2010. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industries to her role with CLA. Michelle oversees CLA Mortgage Advisory Services Division's internal operations, security management, quality control, regulatory compliance, re-verification processes, and is responsible for project management in relation to systems and development of CLA Mortgage Advisory's propriety database, EMC.
