Overview
David specializes in serving privately held companies in the construction, real estate, and related service industries. His experience includes audit and assurance, tax planning and preparation, financial analysis and due diligence services for companies ranging from small start ups to complex multi-entity organizations with revenues in excess of $200 million. Additionally, he has several years of experience providing ERISA audit and consulting services for 401(k), 403(b), ESOP, and other employee benefit plans.
Education
David is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth, where he received Bachelor of Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration - Finance degrees. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Minnesota as well as a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional. David is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.
