Mike has over 20 years of accounting, auditing and business advisory experience. He has been the engagement leader on audits of both public and private companies. He has many years of experience advising large closely held private companies and family owned business in areas such as succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning.
He is a frequent presenter on internal controls and the risks of fraud in organizations, emerging industry trends as well as the impact of recent changes in accounting rules.
His areas of expertise include providing audit, accounting, fraud examination and consulting services to organizations in the following industries: agriculture, wineries & vineyards, manufacturing and distribution, and not for profit organizations.
