Overview
Shelby has extensive experience in healthcare management, including managing multiple offices and implementing projects to increase revenue, decrease expenses, and identify inefficiencies. She is skilled in leading revenue cycle management projects for clients, as well as performing operations assessments and EPIC reporting projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Shelby managed an independent practice as well as a hospital specialty clinic for more than 10 years. She also led an organization to the Better Performer Level in both Profitability and Cost Management and Productivity, Capacity and Staffing as recognized by the Medical Group Management Association. Shelby has management experience in human resources, manufacturing, and environmental services industries.
Education
Shelby received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. She has been an active member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) since 2002.
Shelby completed the ThedaCAre Cohort Leadership Training in 2012.
