Overview
Lori has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and industry, including four years as the finance director of a major nonprofit organization in the Fox Valley. She specializes in providing financial statement audits and reviews, and works with numerous nonprofit organizations. Lori's experience with these audits and reviews has included all areas from planning to completion including preparation of the management letters and financial statements. She also has experience performing Single Audits subject to the requirements of Yellow Book and OMB Circular A-133.
In addition, Lori prepares and reviews informational returns for tax exempt organizations and assists nonprofits in applying for tax exempt status.
