Gail Miller

Overview

As a Principal with CLA’s health care and life sciences team, Gail specializes in providing comprehensive financial and market feasibility studies, strategic capital planning, and other advisory services for senior living and health care organizations. She has more than 25 years of public accounting and advisory experience devoted exclusively to the health care industry.

Gail specializes in leading financial feasibility studies, market assessments, strategic planning and operational analyses for senior living and health care organizations across the country. With a deep understanding of the unique financial challenges and opportunities within the senior living sector, she brings a strategic approach to each project, ensuring that her clients can make informed decisions to support their long-term success and sustainability. At CLA, Gail leverages her extensive experience to analyze market trends, project financial outcomes, and develop actionable insights that help senior living organizations optimize their financial performance and plan for future growth.  Her commitment to excellence and client-focused approach has enabled her to build strong, lasting relationships with industry leaders and stakeholders.

Gail has extensive experience assisting clients through the planning and financing of their projects. Over the past 15 years, Gail and her team have prepared over 80 studies that have been utilized in public bond offerings or by banks and other lenders to obtain financing totaling over $4.2 billion.

Education

Gail is a certified public accountant and a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Gail graduated Summa Cum Laude from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

In the community

From 2012 through 2015, Gail served as a board member and treasurer of Dakota Woodlands, a Minnesota based non-profit organization which provides shelter and supportive services to homeless women and their families. Gail has served on a variety of committees for LeadingAge Minnesota, Care Providers of Minnesota and the Minnesota Home Care Association.
