Mike is the Chief Financial Officer for the Phoenix, Arizona office that house the Outsourced Accounting Department for CliftonLarsonAllen. His focus is on Client Accounting Services, specializing in outsourcing accounting for both Profit and Not for Profit organizations.
Mike has over 20 years of CFO experience in real-estate, service organizations, and international export. As a certified public accountant allowed to practice in both California and Arizona, Mike brings experience and resolution when it comes to providing an understanding of accounting and reporting matters, business operations, internal control, labor issues, and tax related issues for clients. With over a billion dollars of real estate transaction experience in Southern California, Mike can successfuly negotiate the process from due diligence through closing, inclding PSA negotiations, debt financiaing arrangements, and final accounting of the transaction.
Mike has spent the last 15 years in the international export space and has a celar understanding of foregin sales transactions, including letters of credit; foreign exchange hedging strategies; tax strateigies, including Interest Charge Domestic International Sales Corporation (IC-DISC), cargo insurance and credit insurance.
