Overview
Rod is a principal in the Agribusiness and Cooperative group specializing in tax compliance, planning, and research. He has been serving client needs for more than 12 years. Prior to joining CliftonLarsonAllen, Rod worked at a Big 4 CPA firm and also as a tax attorney at prestigious law firms in Minnesota.
Rod has broad experience in corporate, partnership and individual tax matters including mergers and acquisition, tax planning, succession/transition planning, tax return review, and federal and state controversies. Rod's background allows him to take a practical approach to tax issues, both from a tax and legal perspective.
