Overview
Ben has more than 13 years of experience serving privately held companies and their owners. His experience includes providing assurance and consulting services to companies in various industries such as technology and software, manufacturing and distribution, construction, and professional services. He has assisted clients with various business advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). He is a member of the AICPA and he currently serves on several community associations.
