Overview
Thomas is a Tax Principal primarily focused on providing tax services to inbound technology companies expanding to the US market in various life-cycle stages from pre-revenue to exit. One of the main focuses is to ensure the stakeholders obtain an understanding of the tax considerations of their US expansion, efficiently manage their US tax profile and are well positioned for their strategic objectives.
Prior to joining CLA, Thomas spent time at a big-four accounting firm spending the majority of his time working in mergers and acquisitions for both private equity and strategic clients as well as focused on tax compliance for both publicly traded and privately held businesses.
