Overview
Justin is a Campus Recruiter at CLA, responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our NorCal and Central Coast offices. With a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment, he has a proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment, conducting extensive industry research, and working closely with hiring managers to identify key skill sets and competencies required for hiring top candidates.
Prior to joining CLA, Justin served as the Senior Assistant Director of Recruitment at Boston University, where he chaired first-year admission committees, managed the review process for Early Decision applications, and led a team of Assistant Directors. His experience and technical expertise have enabled him to effectively connect with candidates and identify quality talent in the campus recruiting space.
