She is an experienced senior leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic development, design, and administration of total rewards and HR technology. Her experience spans across all areas of human resources, and she has worked for both U.S. and international organizations.
Kathy is recognized as a thought leader and trusted advisor with a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to deliver the best solutions for organizations, including HR technology selection and implementations, benefits plan designs, executive pay analysis, peer group reviews, incentive programs, pay systems, and compensation policies and practices.
