Overview
Emily is the segment leader for CLA’s physician and dental practices and has more than 16 years of experience providing professional services to health care clients. As part of the health care and life science team at CLA, she assists clients with tax, accounting and consulting services. Her experience includes analyzing and preparation of compensation models, practice buy-in and buy-out calculations, equipment acquisition and financing analyses, and practice sale/acquisition analyses. She also works with physician groups that are in the process of, or have integrated with, venture capital organizations associated with various health care entities.
In addition, Emily also works with attorneys and lawyers providing the full depth of tax compliance, planning, and outsourcing services.
Emily also has experience handling international compliance issues for corporate and individual clients and performing GAAP audits for closely-held, for-profit entities.
