John Laham

Overview

John Laham is a principal with CLA, leading the home and community-based services (HCBS) group at CLA.  John specializes in for-profit and non-profit healthcare clients, with a concentration in reimbursement and transactional services. Additionally, John serves as a CLA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Ambassador and previously held a position on CLA’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.

John began his career serving a wide range of healthcare clients with CLA, not only serving as a lead for assurance and due diligence engagements, but also as a preparer, reviewer, and consultant of cost reports. He has significant exposure to reimbursement filings for Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting. His experience with transactional services includes financial and regulatory due diligence, hospice CAP exposure, and strategic positioning in which CLA leverages data sets to gain insight and market intelligence to help drive operational and financial results.

 John serves a variety of healthcare clients including home health and hospice agencies, life plan communities, skilled nursing facilities, hospital systems, and physician practices.
