Overview
Robert has been with CLA since 2015 and has provided services to privately-held clients in CLA's technology and software, professional services, manufacturing, distribution, retail, and emerging growth industries. The companies he serves include those with domestic and global operations, high growth venture/private equity owned businesses, as well as closely held businesses and start-ups. Robert is actively involved in CLA's internal inspections of assurance engagements. He consults on various technical matters including capitalized software development costs, equity-based compensation, transaction and purchase accounting, and new accounting standard adoptions.
