Overview
Monica is an accredited senior appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers, accredited in business valuation (ABV) by the AICPA, and a certified healthcare financial professional (CHFP) with the Healthcare Financial Management Association. She specializes in valuations of businesses in connection with shareholder or matrimonial litigation, estate and gift tax valuations, buying and selling business interests, and mergers and acquisitions. She assists clients in negotiations of business and asset sales. She also performs economic damage calculations. For litigation matters, Monica prepares and issues reports, critiques other experts, assists in settlement negotiations and testifies in connection with business valuations, commercial litigation and lost profits analyses. Monica has a sub-specialty in healthcare valuation and has been qualified in litigation as a healthcare expert. She has been performing valuations and litigation support for 28 years.
