Overview
Erica is an assurance principal specializing in auditing, accounting, and consulting services for primarily financial services clients. With more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, Erica leads our Financial Services Internal Audit practice. Her client experience includes banks, credit unions, insurance companies, mutual funds, and broker-dealers of both privately held and SEC registrants.
Experience includes:
- Leads risk-based audits of banks and insurance companies ranging in asset size from $15 million to more than $100 billion
- Extensive experience with implementation and compliance of FIDICA, Model Audit Rule, and Sarbanes-Oxley 404
- Reviewing registration statements and other filings for SEC registrants
- Leading co-sourced and outsourced risk-based internal audit engagements
Education
Erica has a Bachelor of arts in accounting from Illinois State University.
