Overview
Rob is a principal with the CLA health care and tax groups. He has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and specializes in health care in the areas of physicians and medical groups.
He provides assurance, tax, practice management and consulting services to medical practices from individual physicians to large multi-specialty groups along with a variety of small businesses and their owners.
Technical experience:
• Tax consulting and compliance on a wide variety of business and personal issues
• Consulting with practice on retirement plans and maximizing contributions
• Completion of physician and medical practice buy-ins and buy-outs
• Assisting and advising physicians and medical groups in practice management, strategic planning, and governance issues
• Preparation of financial analysis of practices including benchmarking and management reporting

• Bachelor’s of science in accounting from St Cloud State University, St. Cloud, Minnesota
• American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
• Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants
• Certified Public Accountant in the state of Minnesota
