Overview
Bart is a Director in CLA’s Business Opportunity Assessment group and leads the System Selection practice. He has over 25 years management and consulting experience, helping international and domestic organizations, ranging in size from start-up to multi-divisional / multi-national. His expertise includes operational accounting, budgeting and forecasting as well as management reporting, cash management and treasury operations across various industries including telecom, SAAS, energy, healthcare and nonprofit association and foundations.
Bart has supported organizations with day-to-day financial management, process improvement, operational planning, and management reporting. He has provided process reviews and best practice recommendations for financial operations including management reporting, data warehousing and systems optimization. Bart has assessed operational efficiency and prepare cost analysis for senior management, allowing restructuring and cost savings.
