Overview
Heidi is a Principal in the CLA Outsourced Accounting Group, specializing in nonprofit accounting services. She has forcused her career CLA providing CFO accounting and consulting services serving foundations, social services organizations, associations, and other nonprofit entities.
Heidi provides a broad range of accounting services, including:
- Financial report preparation for management and board
- Developing budget and cash flow forecasting models and financial projections
- Financial department and accounting system assessments
- Managing internal controls, as well as many other compliance and policy functions
- Training and coaching throughout the group as well as implementing new standardization practices
