Ayla has 12 years of audit, tax, and consulting experience serving clients in many industries, including nonprofit organizations, education, state and local government agencies (including single audits), and various for-profit entities. She has experience leading and assisting in various forensic and expert witness litigation support engagements, including trust matters, partnership disputes, employee embezzlement schemes, and asset misappropriation.

Ayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree with a double major in accounting and finance from Eastern Illinois University.

Ayla is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Colorado and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
