Overview
Andrew is a manager with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP in the Valuation, Forensics, Litigation and Investigative (VFLI) group. He has more than seven years of experience in providing financial valuation and transaction services including valuations of business enterprises, capital stock, complex securities, and intangible assets consisting of trademarks, patents, customer relationships, and other intellectual property. He has experience working with companies of all sizes, from large publicly-traded corporations to small privately-held companies. His clients operate in a wide variety of industries including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and many others. Technical experience includes: financial reporting/fair value, business and management planning, gift and estate tax, IRC 409a equity allocations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Education
Andrew is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in both finance and operations management.
