Mark Fogel

Overview

Mark Fogel is the former head of Human Resources for Leviton, Marcum LLP, and Success Academy Charter Schools. He is the Co-founder of Human Capital 3.0, a Human Capital and Organizational Leadership advisory firm. Mark has a robust organizational development and employee relations background having facilitated numerous leadership coaching engagements along with collective bargaining experience with the IBEW, UAW, Teamsters and AAUP. Mark is the recipient of several national awards including SHRM’s Human Capital Leader of the Year in 2007 and HR Executive Magazine’s Honor Role in 2010. Mark is also an educator working part-time as a Senior Adjunct Professor at Adelphi University’s Graduate School of Business. He is a certified instructor facilitating the SHRM SCP/CP and SHRM Talent certification classes nationally. He has also presented over two dozen times at SHRM national, regional, and local conferences on a broad range of HR topics.
