Overview
Jeff is a Tax Principal and the leader of CLA's National Accounting for Income Taxes Group (NAIT) with a specialization in the technology industry. Jeff has over a decade of Big 4 experience heavily based in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740). Jeff assists clients with significant transactions including initial public offerings (SPAC or traditional), business combinations, divestures, etc. As a Tax Principal in CLA’s NAIT Group, he is regularly consulted on the application of ASC 740 and IAS 12 involving various topics such as business combinations, equity compensation, and intraperiod allocation for attest and non-attest clients.
