Denise is a Senior Wealth Advisor with the Retirement Plan Services division of CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors.
Denise brings to CLA her 20 years of experience serving sponsors of qualified retirement plans. Denise takes a consultative approach to arrive at the best solutions for plan sponsors.
Denise believes in the importance of providing superior service to plan sponsors and helping CLA clients by identifying appropriate solutions to meet employer objectives, to include overall plan design/structure and changing retirement plans as employer needs shift. Prior to August of 2021, Denise served as Director of TPA Operations for CLA’s national third party administration practice.
Denise has represented plan sponsors during IRS audits and has experience working with all types of qualified retirement plans, as well as cash balance plans and non-qualified plans. Denise’s specialized knowledge pertaining to qualified retirement plans includes controlled groups, company mergers and acquisitions, MEP’s, Davis-Bacon plans and leased employees.
During Denise’s tenure at various sized firms in the Chicago area, she managed the operations, compliance and administration of retirement plans at CLA, the Chapman and Cutler law firm, and Retirement Programs Co.
