Overview
Scott Engelbrecht is the Chief Geographic Officer for CLA. For more than 25 years, he has dedicated his career to providing business and financial solutions to the firm's clients through its business lines: audit, tax, consulting, outsourcing and wealth advisory.
In his current role as Chief Geographic Officer, Scott supports the development and management of the firm's financial reporting systems. Coordinates with other firm management to develop and manage appropriate measuring and reporting approaches required to accomplish the needs of the firm. Manages and monitors progress and accountability in reaching the firm's stated financial goals for service lines, industry groups and geographic regions. Leads and coordinates the overall facility management requirements of the firm. Responsible to coordinate a consistent approach operationally and financially regarding all lease, merger/acquisition and Principal related agreements. Responsible to coordinate and manage all material contract arrangements entered into by the firm. Primary executive contact for technology and finance. Accountable and responsible to the firm's CEO.

Scott is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA), where he served as President of St. Louis Chapter of MOCPA. He is currently serving on the Board(s) of Eastern Region Board of Mental Health America and Metropolitan Amateur Golf Association where he serves as Treasurer.
