Overview
Karla has 30 years of experience in CFO and Director of Finance level roles within nonprofit organizations. Prior to returning to CLA in 2024, she worked at WomenVenture, in St. Paul, Minnesota as its CFO. She also worked at the Center for Victims of Torture for 13 years, first as its Administrative Services Director and then as its Chief Financial Officer, assisting in its rapid growth during her tenure. Dross has also worked at College Possible as its first Director of Finance and Operations, and at the Neighborhood Health Care Network.
