Overview
Nathan has extensive experience in complex capital structures for IRC 409A and ASC 718 and advises clients and attorneys on valuation issues for estate tax purposes and dispute issues. In addition to valuation work, he has also been qualified as an Expert Witness in litigation matters involving valuation, lost earnings calculations and economic damages. He has been recognized for his ability to clearly communicate the results of his valuation conclusions to management, attorneys and courts of law.
Nathan has worked with both state societies and national organizations in developing technical valuation materials.
