Overview
Michael leads CLA's Federal Tax Strategies group. He provides specialized tax services for clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, software, architecture and engineering, and life sciences. His primary areas of focus are research tax credits, mergers and acquisitions, manufacturing incentives, and fixed assets. He also works with clients to capture and support various state-level credits and incentives.
