Overview
Mark has 25 years of auditing and reimbursement experience in the health care field and his clients include skilled nursing facilities, continuing care retirement communities, assisted living facilities, home health and hospice agencies, and physicians’ and dental practices. Mark has varied experience in serving both proprietary and nonprofit health care organizations in the New England and New York market with revenues ranging from $1 million to more than $250 million.
Mark’s focus is supervising audits, cost report preparation, and providing reimbursement consulting services to health care organizations. In addition, Mark has extensive experience serving large multiple location senior living clients, leading HUD and A-133 (Uniform Guidance) audits, merger and acquisition due diligence, and certifying, preparing and reviewing Medicare and Medicaid cost reports.
Additionally, Mark has experience providing consulting services to healthcare organizations frequently focusing on the operational components of the organization, accounts receivable management, budgeting, and benchmarking analysis.
