Overview
Jerry is a principal in the firm’s construction and real estate group in the King of Prussia office of CLA with 20 years of experience. He spends nearly all of his time serving various general and specialty contractors and companies that service and supply the construction industry. Jerry works with these clients to improve bonding capacity; help manage and monitor cash flow; perform financial forecasting and financing along with the traditional assurance and tax services. In addition, Jerry has significant experience with employee benefit plan audits and employee stock ownership plans (ESOP). He has assisted companies with their transition from privately owned businesses to ESOP owned.
