Whether an existing client, a new client, a CLA teammate or a business acquaintance, I promise to know you and help you. I have helped privately-held businesses and their owners for many years with assurance and financial statements, corporate taxation, business transactions and transitions, leadership, and forecasts and projections. I have also spent a good part of my career working with large and small companies on internal controls and information technology controls.
