Overview
Steven is a director with CLA, specializing in both qualitative and quantitative research related to market research for both senior housing management and development. He has more than 7 years of experience devoted exclusivley to the senior living industry. He has worked on studies relating to independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, age-restricted cooperatives, home health and hospice in addition to various other consulting engagements throughout the country for a variety of for-profit and nonprofit clients. His areas of expertise lie in the fields of strategic mapping, demographic analyses, economic development, excel modeling/data analytics, and both extrapolating and interpreting data.
