Overview
Scott joined CLA’s Investment Banking Group in 2023. In his role with the Investment Banking team, Scott supports senior members in all aspects of transaction execution and client interaction. Scott brings with him over 20 years of M&A advisory, investment banking and related transaction execution experience. Most recently, Scott spent over 10 years leading M&A transactions at public, private and private equity backed companies.
Before that, Scott worked in Investment Banking at Bear Stearns in the mergers & acquisitions, leveraged finance and financial sponsors groups. Scott began his career at Prudential Capital Group, focused on middle-market direct lending including mezzanine debt and structured equity.
Scott received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in business from The State University of New York at Geneseo, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Rochester.
