Overview
Dana Anders is a health care principal with CliftonLarsonAllen and serves as the leader of CLA's Nonprofit Senior Living practice. Dana specializes in financial analysis, strategic capital planning and operational consulting for senior housing providers and other healthcare organizations.
Dana has extensive experience assisting clients through the planning of development projects, as well as conducting financial feasibility studies, including both the financial analysis and the market research components, and has successfully assisted clients throughout both the planning and financing of their projects. Dana has developed unique interactive financial models and planning tools to assist organizations with all phases of planning (strategy, conceptual planning, master planning and feasibility).

Education
Dana received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Harding University and her Masters' of Business Administration from the University of Florida. She is a certified public accountant licensed in the states of Tennessee and Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Society of Certified Public Accountants. Dana is also an active member of LeadingAge Florida, a member of Florida Health Care Association and has been a speaker at national and state industry associations and a member of the LeadingAge CCRC Task Force. Dana is an active volunteer with the Florida Guardian ad Litem program.
